Project planning/design engineering

In the project planning and plant design phase, the entire innovative power of our experienced engineers from the fields of mechanics, process, drive and control technology and project management flows into your project. You benefit from interdisciplinary teams and our experience in various industries. In the design phase, we realize your individual ideas based on proven machines and assemblies. We use state-of-the-art CAD systems with 3D representations. Then we develop the control technology and our qualified engineers program the individual and user-friendly user interface of your machine.

MANUFACTURING

The production of our machines and plants takes place with a large vertical range of manufacture in our own factories. In addition to mechanical production, we also have our own switch cabinet construction facility, which enables us to respond flexibly to your wishes. Thanks to our international network of market-leading suppliers, we procure only the highest quality components that keep the quality promise "made by OLBRICH". For reasons of quality assurance, our qualified specialists carry out many production steps themselves.

Assembly/Commissioning

We preassemble your new machines and plants in modules as much as possible on our own production site. Wherever possible, the first functional tests of components and assemblies are carried out. After delivery, we take over the assembly and commissioning at your company - even at difficult locations.

Production support

For a smooth production start, our specialists optimally configure your machines according to your individual process parameters by initial pre-setting and calibration. Afterwards, your operators and maintenance personnel will receive thorough training in the form of "on-the-job training". We accompany you during the start-up phase and provide assistance for further optimizations. Finally, you will receive the technical documentation.

Service and maintenance

In order to secure your production process in the long term, our specialists take over the preventive maintenance of your systems. We identify and replace wear parts in order to avoid failures in advance. If you have any questions or malfunctions, we are always there for you: If required, our engineers will support you – by way of remote service via modem or VPN access.
